Usage Agreement By accessing the Reels Estate Membership Program on socialbrandhaus.com (the “Site”), you agree to this Usage Agreement. All Content, including but not limited to images, graphics, logos, text, audio, video clips, digital downloads, and software (collectively “Content”), is the exclusive property of Social Brand Haus or our licensors, protected by United States trademark, trade dress, and copyright law. You may not transfer your subscription, sell, lease, assign, or give away Content to any third party.

LICENSE

Your subscription provides a non-exclusive, limited-use license to all Content from Social Brand Haus for professional and personal use. You may edit, alter, and manipulate images, provided such use does not involve profanity, explicit material, unlawful content, hate speech, or other offensive material. You may not use Social Brand Haus Content to promote stock image-related training.

RESTRICTED USES

Unless you have purchased a Multi-License Subscription, you may not use Social Brand Haus Content for other individuals, businesses, or social media accounts. Each subscription is for one sole member. For use with multiple clients/accounts, separate subscriptions must be purchased.

You may not:

• Allow others to download, extract, or redistribute Content.
• Use Content in a defamatory or unlawful manner.
• Grant permission to others to repurpose Content for commercial or promotional purposes.
• Use Content as part of a trademark, design mark, trade name, business name, service mark, or logo.
• Use Content in connection with goods or services intended for resale or distribution.

The rights granted to you are non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

You acknowledge and agree to these terms by using the Site and Content.
